My Story (I Think that's what I should put here...?)

I began to think Model Railroading was cool around age 5, I think. My father had a Scenic Ridge layout left in the "tracklaying" stage, since before I was born, and I would go down there every day and run his trains around the track for what seemed like miles I would run them from "Town" to "Town" (Keep in mind, it was just risers and white Styrofoam (I have a big imagination, or so I'm told.)  and eventually (Nov 2019) I got my own layout! That Christmas I got a gift card from my local hobby shop, it was 50$! I have around 50$ leftover from the year's savings, we took a trip there the day after Christmas. I purchased a Kato Electro Motive Division F-3 A in a Western Pacific paint scheme, we then took a trip to our local hobby shop and purchased a few cars, and a Union Pacific F-7 by Life-Like (I love F units) that February my father and I took a trip to the Saline train show (10/10 show btw) I bought 2 engines, and quite a few cars. a few weeks before the "Great Shutdown" of 2020 we took another trip to our hobby shop and I purchased a couple more cars, and a Bachmann 2-8-2.

My names Andromeda, but my friends call me Annie. I rarely (If ever) post a photo of myself on the internet, but I'll give this an exemption because maybe 1 person will ever see this website! So yea, that's me.
